Beautiful design, but disappointing colour

This is my first order from you, I love your designs, they are nature inspired and totally original. I also like to support small design businesses, as I run one myself. The earrings are beautiful, but I do feel disappointed with the colour of the labradorite stone. I have several of these stones, in various items of jewellery and I know that the colour varies, but my stones were brown, with a slight green tinge, definitely not any shade of blue! Everything else, the beautiful packaging, quality and service were really excellent and I would definitely recommend your jewellery for these reasons alone.

Mixed feelings

I was very excited when I prdered it and was so happy onnreceiving it today. However its a bit deflating. Though the conceptnis interesting, the earrings do not seem to sit well.(perhaps my ears are weird) And the labrodite stones just dont live upto the expectation. They are very dull. I do understand that the stones being natural are not going to be exactly like how they are shown in the picture but they seem to be unusually dull in their appearance even though the size is good. The dragonfly part is really cute and look lovely, almost cheerful. I will wear them but doesnt really meet the expectations.
